Lufthansa Technik is the world’s leading provider for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft, components and engines. Lufthansa Technik Sofia performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus A320 family and Boeing B737 including B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008. In connection with development of our processes and company growth we are now looking for:
Training Developer
Responsibilities:
Preparation, coordination and performance of training and development programs for the employees
Assessment of company’s training needs and possibilities for improvements
Examines, evaluates and coordinates with the heads of departments training needs
Evaluation of the results and the achievements from the trainings
Set up the annual training plan according to departments needs and keep the plan updated
Monitor the training records for expiring or required renewals, in case of needs arrange the required training in accordance with the line manager
Support the management on all training related queries and requests
Develop and document training procedures and processes
Requirements:
University degree in aircraft engineering or/and relevant job experience
Experience in preparation of aviation trainings is an advantage
Good knowledge of aircraft documentation
Good knowledge of EASA documentation is an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
Good analytical skills, methodical and well organized
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
Good computer-literacy
Fluent in English
